I've gone here a couple times, and each time, I was treated well and felt like my needs were always carefully considered. I was concerned about time most recently, and they encouraged me that they could finish in time. I got my eyebrows shaped, AND they did a great French tip pedi on an expedited timeline!
I walked in without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I received from Pepe. He welcomed me with such warmth and made me feel comfortable right away. His attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding—he really took his time and made sure everything was perfect. My gel manicure chipped the next day, definitely not worth the extra charge. I’ve gotten gel manicures that lasted weeks, I am so disappointed seeing as I was assured that my nail tech would apply an additional layer to ensure it didn’t chip.
