Incompetent and unethical. Went in for eyebrow waxing walked out with 1st degree chemical burns and missing hair due to her dropping wax on my hair. Although accidents happens , the fact that the worker tried to hide my damaged hair by tucking it under my head is beyond unsettling/unbelievable!!! Then still charged me! Do not go to BM or TJ Nails (same owners).
They always do a fantastic job
I've gone here a couple times, and each time, I was treated well and felt like my needs were always carefully considered. I was concerned about time most recently, and they encouraged me that they could finish in time. I got my eyebrows shaped, AND they did a great French tip pedi on an expedited timeline!
I walked in without an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I received from Pepe. He welcomed me with such warmth and made me feel comfortable right away. His attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding—he really took his time and made sure everything was perfect.
