The AC stopped on Friday. My mother and daughter have dealt with the majority of the issue while I was traveling for work. It’s an older model that needs a specific part. The tech was unable to complete the repair Friday evening and will be back Monday, but he brought a window unit and hooked up for my 78 year old mother to help cool her! Top notch service!
