They really worked with us to get us in a new home. There were some ups and downs but nothing is ever perfect!
Terrible
Poor builder! home has multiple issues from settling due to improper pad construction. All windows and doors leak like crazy, fence is a joke. Nothing was compacted back in after septic was installed causing major sinking in my finished yard. Don’t just steer clear of this company run as fast as you can.
Giving an honest review, B&M’s homes are overpriced, and their warranty is practically non-existent. The company didn’t impress us or provide any satisfaction despite our purchase being well over market value. We had hoped the quality of craftsmanship or warranty support would make up for it, but we were wrong. Three different bricklayers worked on our home, yet the brickwork is poor quality. B & M Amarillo Homes is an awesome builder to work with. My clients have been very satisfied with their commitment to making the home ready for closing and the service they provide for warranties after the closing.
