What a fantastic Family owned business to work with. We recently ordered a new storm door for install and Colton along w/ his helper did a perfect job. Then we had ordered a newe slab to replace one that was damaged during a remodel and Bob personally came out with Colton to install. They had such great attitudes, very respectful to my wife and I.
The owner Robert Shearn keeps parking in our parking spot. We have asked him not to park there. He owns the house at the top of the hill and should be parking up there. The man never asked us to park there. Saturday, the Ring camera saw him there again and when we asked him to move, he made a very rude gesture at the camera with his son. His car is the black Ford parked there. The parking spot is clearly marked "no parking". Is this someone you want working at your home? Not very professional for a business owner. Very helpful & patient staff helped us with our replacement patio door. They answered all our questions, which were many, & were very knowledgeable about the products they sold.
