I went to BLVD Dentistry Heights for a routine crown replacement. Their own initial clinical charts documented healthy, "Generalized 1-3mm" pocket depths. Because the clinic repeatedly failed to properly fabricate and seat the crown, the treatment plan included multiple invasive gingivectomies that cut away my healthy gum tissue. THE WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD - and I've been to Parkland Hospital E.R.. The Rice Village location was where I had gone previously and had a great experience with Dr. Laredo, so I assumed I would have a good one again. I WAS WRONG. They are good as a general dentist but NEVER trust them with a root canal. They can’t keep you numb no matter how many times you tell them you can still feel it. They don’t use the proper equipment to prevent infection which leads to infection and having to get the root canal redone 3 weeks later by an actual professional that knows what they are doing. But since the retreatment is so close to the original root canal insurance won’t cover it and these people won’t take responsibility for their mistakes so you get stuck with ... read more
