I had a disappointing experience with the front desk during our recent visit. While I understand that my husband has severe periodontal disease and that treatment is important, the way this was communicated felt very pushy and lacking in empathy. I know they have a schedule but I came in for only the second time and didn’t have to give my name, they were already checking me in. They make you feel welcomed, the lobby is cozy and they provide an array of drinks while you wait, which isn’t long. All the ladies are super nice and accommodating, I need to get their names next time but the dental assistant was so patient with me during my fillings appointment, she answered all my anxious questions and helped me feel better. Had a great first appointment and experience here! Very nice office space, great staff, and I really appreciate Dr. E’s patient education. I have never had anyone go into such depth and explanation of what the X-rays and imaging show. It was very cool to see my own images and understand what going on with my teeth. Highly recommend coming here

I genuinely enjoyed my visit with the dentist today! Their dentistry is very clean, cozy and inviting !! Dr. E is awesome, I felt so well informed and genuinely cared for! 🥹 My little mouth stones are grateful for her expertise and the experience I had today! Lots of lovely, welcoming staff here as well. They also offer great payment plans for your treatments as well!! I highly recommend booking your dental appointments here! My first appointment with Dr. E and staff was awesome! As a new patient, I feel going to a new office can be nerve wracking, however I felt very comfortable and heard my entire visit. Whether it was the quick X-rays and pictures, the very thorough exam and explanations or the in depth cleaning, I felt at ease! Thank you for a great visit, I truly appreciate it!
