Its such a convenient place to live, everything is local from the train stations, grocery stores, to the parks, definitely recommend this place!
I’ve toured dozens of buildings in forest hills when I tried to find an apartment for my family and I fell in love with the Blvd. The location right by the park with nice views. Amenities are clean and great overall. Some of the neighboring modern buildings are nice but honestly after touring them didn’t make me as happy as Blvd. The other tenants I’ve met so far are extremely hospitable and friendly and great place to raise a family!
Beautiful place very busy streets what is next to the train station you can always get a cab and there's a lot of shopping areas class good food
Beautifully finished apartments and common areas with the latest keyless security systems. Next to the colorful gardens and green spaces in MacDonald Park. Location is great for commuters to Manhattan via the LIRR station and Subway (EFMR lines) literally right next to the building. Excited about the convenient shopping, farmers market and food scene on Austin street right behind the building. This area is very walkable. There's a bakery by the subway entrance which is perfect for breakfast on the go in the morning!

LIRR opens a East Side Access line in Dec 2022 which will directly link to Grand Central cutting commute to Manhattan's midtown east to 15 minutes door to door.
