RecommendedWe did enjoy living here, amenities, people, location are great. Not happy about our security deposit that was withheld. Two adults with no pets and we even payed their professional cleaning fee on move out. We were charged for items that would have been fixed for free if we still lived in the unit. Even should have been under normal wear and tear. Also charged for something that was not broken when we left! Live and learn I guess, insist on a walk through with them at checkout so there is no surprises! 😐
RecommendedProfessional staff and great amenities! Location was our favorite part. Step out your door and you’re only a few blocks to the beach!

RecommendedAlthough I've only been here a week, I love the place! Inside my apartment is so quiet I don't hear any other noises from people around me or above me. The parcel system is great especially for one who works off shifts. The staff always goes above and beyond. They are really great!
