We’ve been here for 6 years and have lived in multiple units (thanks to our growing family.) The community here is fantastic, neighbors are quiet and feels like our own little community. I live there for 2 years, Felicia was very helpful during the time I was desperate to find a place she makes the things so easy and fast, She was very friendly and understandable. My family loved the community gathering Kayla and Felicia created they do a great Pool party, Halloween costume party, a Mario kart party and K-pop party team that We will miss them. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I moved into a "newly renovated" apartment, multiple outlets were broken, there's no screen door, the breaker wasn't updated so it constantly goes out (and since it technically meets code they won't do anything, so I don't get to have lights on and use my microwave at the same time), they recently decided to shut down 1/4 of the parking to install EV charging, so they can have one more thing to charge for, rhey mandate you buy access to a storage locker then don't give you access it, they mandate you buy... read more
