Boyfriend & I did a tour. Was glad it was self lead so we could openly talk about the literal pee that was in the closet of the apartment, the flooded dishwasher, and various other nasty things. If these are their “for show” apartments it makes you wonder what it’s like to actually be a resident lol. It’s unfortunate that whoever manages these apts got such a great location. Huge waste of real estate value. Do NOT rent from here without touring first.
Currently a tenant, I’m about to break down my lease. Please avoid this place as much as you can. I lived here for 2 years , the previous manager cares and will follow up things with you , even though the repair takes along time but will keep updating you, for repairs is another thing they will keep recycling old parts and few weeks later you will have an issue again. Felicia was so helpful getting us all set and ready to go for move in day. She took us in quickly and is continuing to help fix everything on a timely manner including same day bathroom fix which makes me feel at ease for all the other repairs needed before move in! the apartments are very nice and for such a great price. thank you bluwater, I'm proud to call this place home.
The staff has been amazing! Felicia and Adam have gone above and beyond to assist us with everything.
I want to give a shout out to the amazing team at Bluwater. Adam is the most amazing maintenance supervisor and Mariano has always been kind and efficient. Felicia and Dustin in the office are quick to help and always on top of it.
