Dr Blu is more than just my family's primary physician; she is like a member of our family. She always wants what is best of each of us and she is so genuine. My family of 4 each give her a 5 star review! She actually deserves higher!
My selected primary doctor, Sasha Bluvshteyn, has cancelled three consecutive appointments with me, each time requiring that I reschedule 6 weeks out. I have yet to successfully complete an initial appointment at her office - I have been trying since August. This is unacceptable treatment and I am totally dissatisfied with the conduct and practices of her office. I will be selecting a different primary provider group. Thank you.
