Great experience so far. I faxed in my new patient forms, called them to make sure they received them and since they had, I was given an appointment for a couple days later. There was about a 30 minute wait in the lobby. Not the hours I’m reading from other reviews. I thought I was going to see the doctor but I met with his lovely NP, Paisley. Incfediblu Useless. La ki of ethical and low level of professionalism. Specifically in my case. They did not care for my needs. I will not recommend to any Hispanic to be a customer or part of their clients. Not good.
They are so rude it's wild to me. Especially the woman at the front desk, they have attitudes with everyone, I've watched them argue with patients relaying information the doctor told them to communicate with the front desk. I personally am getting the run around from everyone who works there, one minute they can do something the next they can not.
