Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this practice. I just finished my appointment here, no wait time, clean and new office, friendly staff. We saw NP Paisley and were very satisfied with her care! She listened to all of our concerns and prescribed us the testing we asked for, after being seen by numerous doctors in different states and being told no to requests on certain testing, Paisley listened, educated, and agreed with our concerns. Extremely hard to make an appointment they will not let you make an appointment over the phone. You have to go online and fill out all of your information first, but they have two different websites than one of them is wrong. Then, if you’re able to get through all of that, good luck getting an appointment they are a month out!! my daughter is there for college And really sick and I have no options
Great experience so far. I faxed in my new patient forms, called them to make sure they received them and since they had, I was given an appointment for a couple days later. There was about a 30 minute wait in the lobby. Not the hours I’m reading from other reviews. I thought I was going to see the doctor but I met with his lovely NP, Paisley. Incfediblu Useless. La ki of ethical and low level of professionalism. Specifically in my case. They did not care for my needs. I will not recommend to any Hispanic to be a customer or part of their clients. Not good.
