They were hired and confirmed to have been paid $8k to drain the basement in the residence I’m trying to purchase. I also confirmed there was an additional quote for services but the seller’s insurance had an issue. Thus, per Jared’s comments to me, she was due back $2,500. Was very impressed by the level of work as well as the amount of communication that this company had. The work was well executed in a timely manner with many updates so as to help me make better decisions. This company seem to go above and beyond to make my small project for my new house. James and Richard never seemed to get frustrated when I added or changed things mid project either.
