Had an existing appt for 3 of us at 2:30, it was packed when we walked in and we waited for another 45 min before getting seated. They just started my pedicure at 4pm, after the water went cold on me twice. When I mentioned the time, the ladies told me that it was slow all morning and just got busy in the afternoon. What this tells me is that they accept walk-ins even when they know they have existing appointments at the same time. That defeats the purpose of making an appointment, very dissatisfied.

Did a walk in here at Blush and there was no hesitation to help me. I had an inspo and Ken executed it perfectly. There were a couple charms they did not have but made it work. Nails turned out amazing and I’m happy with how they look! This was GelX Medium length.

Come here only for a specific technician and I referred my sister here. She’s had the same experience with the random upcharges. The work is great but their pricing is not. One thing I dislike about salons is when they are not clear about their pricing and start throwing random fees at you. I won’t be coming back here. They will up charge you $25 for a simple design.

This salon made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The team was welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything felt clean and professional. My nail tech paid attention to small details and checked in during the process to make sure I liked the length and color. I appreciated that they didn’t rush and really focused on quality. My nails turned out beautiful and lasted well without lifting.
