10/10 service and professionalism. I received gel x nails from Amber and of course she did an amazing job. Highly recommend these beautiful girls!
Turned up on time. The nail tech proceeded to tell me she had to do autoclaving, so I waited on an uncomfortable chair for over 25min. She did a great, but very slow job while singing out of tone the whole time. Then 2 weeks later I got a voicemail from a male there informing me that I would be charged for an appointment i didn't attend, an appointment I NEVER CONFIRMED! I will never go back here. You don't charge me for something I didn't confirm. Check you own confirmation policy.
