They did an amazing job on my hair and makeup. Great staff. They had a lot of clients there that day and had to take a while to get to me....but it was worth it.....you can't rush artists.... Thanks a million.
My experience at this salon was not great although the ladies were very nice, the service could have been better, way better! First of all the hostess did not inform everyone that I was there for a package deal (over $200) which meant I had to change out twice! Second - I did not have a full CONTINUOUS 90 min massage, it was interrupted half way through, to change rooms due to a leaking ceiling. Lastly I stayed waiting for a good 30 to 40 min waiting for the nail tech to finish her hair client! The whole thing took 5 hrs!! E... read more
