Today was the first and last time I visit this establishment. When I arrived, I was “greeted” rudely by a woman, who made no eye contact and proceeded to tell me “it’ll be a while” even though I had an set appointment. When the stylist was working on my hair, I noticed the same woman recording with her phone. I asked the stylist, “Is she recording?” to which the woman rudely answered, “I’m not recording you; I’m recording her.” Once the stylist finished her work, I proceeded to the register to pay. I am saddened to hear that vile people will go to great lengths to shatter a reputable business. This woman was treated with the utmost respect. Her stylist asked to have a promotional bommerang video done for her social media page and customer was told prior to recording that she would not be in the video. Again, the video was do highlight the stylist not the guest. We would never record a guest without consent and this is no exception. Can’t believe how great my micro bladed brows came out at blush day spa by veronica. The color and shape care she did made for a very enjoyable experience along with the professional and friendliest staff I have encountered. Went in to just ask a simple question, And the women at the front desk was being very very rude. Kinda like throwing me out by telling be to go somewhere else. Very unprofessional. Was having a good day until she ruined it. Hope the manger sees this.
The staff was very professional and nice. I love hair done by Ruby.
I was impressed with the salon. The measures they go to to ensure you feel both safe and comfortable exceeded my expectations. Not a lot of people standing around, and no long wait times. I went for microblading, and I love love my results.
