Tori ruined my long blonde hair. I lost half of it to over processing after our last appt. This was our second meeting, as our first service went well & I was happy and left with undamaged hair. Our second appt however, she arrived incredibly stressed out, took a phone call in the back while mixing my bleach where she was cussing and carrying on with her husband and I believe that carried into my service. My daughter & i make sure we see Heather every time we are in pensacola...she is the BEST! She listens, she's careful, she's thorough, she always manages to squeeze us in, and she is wonderful at both current cuts/styling and fixing the mistakes of others...simply the BEST!
