Terrible customer service. In general, this salon has poor communication - most times I’ve called and needed to leave a voicemail. Sometimes these went unanswered and I needed to call back. Specific to the service I received, I got highlights that turned out blotchy. I’m not sure if this error was caused by inexperience but the way it was handled certainly was. My stylist “fixed” the issue right away, however when I got home I saw that it was still there. She clearly was in a rush and did not check her work. During this time... read more
Stylist very polite and friendly.. Great prices, but came in with a picture of what I wanted, totally different style, poor results.. very dissatisfied... specifically asked not quite as short on back as in picture... very much shorter ALL OVER.... probably will not go back...

A wedding party I was in had our hair and makeup done here a few weeks ago. Everyone’s hair looked great and stayed in throughout the night, except the bride. Her hair was falling out just an hour after we left. We had to keep pinning it back, but by the time her ceremony started, her hair had just about completely fell out. Her vail was falling out during the ceremony cause her hair couldn’t hold it. She couldn’t even wear her vail in pictures cause her hair would fall out. Hi Lindsey, it’s 8:15am on Wednesday and this is my first day back. I’m sorry you’re unhappy. Desirae knew I would not be back from my vacation on Saturday the 29th as that was my 5 year wedding anniversary. The 30th I was still on vacation. Sorry for the confusion.
Went today just for a trim. My hairstylist was amazingly friendly and welcoming. Their covid precautions are perfect and I had a great time getting my haircut while feeling safe. I will definitely be going back! Amazing atmosphere and experience!
Tiffanie always exceeds my expectations! I’d never dream of going anywhere else for my hair needs!
