I had a wonderful experience at Blush and Burgundy! Nikki, my stylist, greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted from my hair color and offered great suggestions tailored to my hair type. My stylist, Nikki, was amazing! From the moment I sat down, she made sure to really understand what I was looking for. She paid a lot of attention to detail throughout the process and was super welcoming, open, and easy to talk to. I left feeling so happy with my hair colour. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I booked my appointment with a specific stylist, but when I arrived, she did not provide my service and assigned someone else without informing me in advance. I specifically asked for a layered haircut and even showed a reference picture, but the result was completely different from what I wanted. The cut was uneven and not at all like the style I requested. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I left feeling unhappy and dissatisfied.
Was assisted by Lovely Simran for a beautiful Bronde (brown-blonde) balyage. She did an AMAZING job, I’ll let the pictures speak for itself. It was EXACTLY what I asked for & I’ve had sooo many compliments since. Throughout my time there, Simran was extremely nice, friendly, accommodating and made me feel super welcomed despite it being my first time at this location. I also had the pleasure of meeting Nikki who was an absolute delight as well. Can’t wait to be a regular, see you ladies soon! 1000/10!
