they are open until until 3 on some saturdays. i called to have a brow wax at 1145. the receptionist answered. did not put me on hold and proceeded to go “do you want to do a brow wax? its a walk-in” the response was “ew. no”. the receptionist then says “im sorry, but we are closing soon” lol. ok. awful customer service
