I’ve ordered from Blu’s around once every two weeks so I know what to expect. My dad came into town and wanted BBQ so I picked up some stuff for us. I ordered burnt ends and creamed corn for both of us. When we got home from picking up the food a note written on the bag said “out of B.E. Ribs with B.E. Sauce”. They never once mentioned this to me while I was waiting or asked if I was okay with the switch and also I had two orders of burnt ends and they only gave me two ribs as a replacement. I ordered a loaded baked potato The sausage and brisket was cold. And when my order was ready he just slung it out the window onto the counter and told me the forks are over there. Im standing there and He didn't even attempt to hand it to me. I won't be visiting this establishment again
