Been a customer for Over 20+ Horrible customer service.Your service call center loos like is based out of the country. You can tell right away. You offer Zelle through your app and place holds on $25 dlls transfers for 14 days? Why would you offer such services and not even Inform your customers ahead of time or properly. Unacceptable.
