If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I have two loans at BluPeak. They make it virtually impossible to make extra one time payments. Although I can see all my other accounts at other institutions, I am unable to initiate a simple transfer to make the payment. The only option if to fill out a form, initiate a ACH transaction, then as soon as it is complete, do it again to change it back to the regular amount. Stay away from this credit union. They mishandle your personal information and are unaccountable for their actions. Manager Grace at La Jolla location is inept and unprofessional.
Disgusted and angry with USE turning into BluPeak. The idiot I called didn’t know what a certified check was, said I had to “be approved” by email to speak to a supervisor, and is not even local anymore. They want to turn this place INTO a big bank, which is the one reason people joined a credit union to begin with. Been a member here for nearly 15 years, not likely for much longer!
Would definitely not recommend this financial institution to anyone. Their practices are highly questionable and so out of line with other community banks. They are far behind present day standards re fees for service. I switched to Chase and found the kind of valuable customer service, products and services I wanted. Chase proved hands down so much better than USECU!
