If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I have two loans at BluPeak. They make it virtually impossible to make extra one time payments. Although I can see all my other accounts at other institutions, I am unable to initiate a simple transfer to make the payment. The only option if to fill out a form, initiate a ACH transaction, then as soon as it is complete, do it again to change it back to the regular amount. Stay away from this credit union. They mishandle your personal information and are unaccountable for their actions. Manager Grace at La Jolla location is inept and unprofessional.
I have banked with U.S.E credit union now Blu Pleak for many years and the only problem has been. Is that a new check will take about 4-7 days to clear in mobile deposit. Otherwise I'm here in person cashing it out with no problems. I've never been mistakenly miscredited in any sort of way and even have a businesses account with Blu peak.
