Beware if you are a contractor. Mr. Doug Blunden will not pay you on time, if at all! Promised payment of 50% when job was half completed and still didn't pay when building was about 80% complete. Was supposed to start the job with a crew but ended up being solo and communicated this with Doug, ensuring the job would be completed as quickly as possible being one person. I do not recommend.
I had a very bad experience dealing with Douglas Blunden. He did not pay me for the work I completed, even after I gave him more than enough time. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and honesty. Be very careful when dealing with him or his company, as they do not honor their commitments.
My experience with Douglas Blunden was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He showed no professionalism in his communication and did not treat me with the respect that any client or contractor deserves.
