They all care about my experience and my health. They listen and give the best care possible. I’m very sensitive to pain. They go above and beyond to keep my pain as near zero as possible. The staff that take care of billing patiently explain the process so I’m left satisfied with no questions.
Staff and dentist were so pleasant and professional that I'm left wandering around my house trying to find a top to spin to determine if this is reality or I'm in a dream. None of the text I am seeing is backwards or blurry so I'm pretty sure this is reality. 5 stars.
Dr. Mark never fails to impress with his kind manner, caring approach and knowledgeable expertise. Unlike other dentists I’ve seen, he’s thoughtful in providing options & helpful info in making decisions……never condescending or pushy. His staff also reflects his patient-centered philosophy & I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this caring dental practice. Highly recommend!!

RecommendedDr Mark is a gentle dentist! you can barely tell he is working on your teeth. He explains everything he is doing to you. He called at home to see how I was doing. Office has great hygienist and staff too!
The staff is always amazing with my kiddos. Whether it be entertaining them or making them feel comfortable in whatever they do. They are nothing short of amazing!
I am not one to handle going to the dentist very well and had to go in today to have a difficult filling fixed. To say they tried to make me as comfortable as possible is an understatement.... they went above and beyond to help me stay calm, even after the numbing medication didn’t initially take. The entire staff was phenomenal and I even received a call from Dr. Mark himself to check in on me later in the day. I would recommend this practice to everyone I know.
I was one of Dr. Mark's first patients when he opened his Fairborn office many years ago. I can not say enough about his excellent dental work and his caring personality. Not only does he make calls every evening after he treats you but he also goes out of his way to see you before /after office hours in an emergency.
