They did all new flooring (quarter sawn oak) when the house was built in 2000, so I contacted them for repair after a second floor toilet valve split and sprayed water for two hours. Danny came out and looked at the cupped boards and recommended we place a box fan directly facing the cupped wood for several weeks! A mere five days' later and the floor is almost perfectly returned to its original condition! We ended up not using Bluford Jackson and Sons, even though we had planned to. Danny came out to quote our entire house to refinish hardwoods. He was a bit rude, but did not think too much of it. We got a reasonable quote and submitted to insurance, our floors were damaged by movers. I then spent some time looking at the quote before signing with them, and realized he didn't have our entire kitchen or family room on the quote.
