Be prepred for loong waits. Bathroom is dirty. You'd like to feel like a number?, this would be the place to be. Blood work results? Good luck!, my gyno had to read them to me. I got a call from Dr. Cerdas office 1 month after and I was told they had the results, I called the blood work place and was told that bloodwork was mailed out to Dr Cerda's office 3 days after I got my bloodwork done. I gave this doc another chance and they blew it again! Do yourself a favor and stay away..

Had a very good appointment. ...staff was great and doctor was knowledgeable and spent a nice amount of time with me as a new patient. ... and no wait problem at all....thx so much!!!!!

Been with doctor for over 15 years, over the years she has become more rude.She treats per symptom not the whole patient. I regret referring so many family members to her and will NEVER go back to her. Her availability is limited to her new adventure of skin rejuvenation and weight loss procedures. When I asked her she said it's where the money is. Wait time is always over an hour because they over book. She has a high turn over rate with her staff and they are very rude. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!

I absolutely adore Dr Cerda. She is very caring, knowledgeable and takes her time with her patients. She's not an on and out doctor. I have been a patient for over 10 years. Her staff is really kind and caring as well. I've seen her for medical and cosmetic procedures. I've recommended all of my friends to Dr Cerda. Her office is always neat and clean. There is a bit of a wait from appt time to get to a room but it has to be because she takes her time with patience. She is sweet and funny.

Waiting room and exam room FILLED with plastic surgery brochures. Very odd. Waited ONE HOUR (not an exaggeration) in the examination room waiting for the dr, plus 20 minutes in the waiting room. Very dismissive and unprofessional about the tardiness (blames the office staff). I will NEVER go back. Doesn't respect your time as a working professional at all. Later heard my boss's wife quit seeing her for the same reason. Hurried appointment to finish. Bad reviews are rare for me.This was that BAD.

Very bad bedside manners and proffessionalism. Her staff is not friendly or accomodating. Dr shows no compassion and neither does the staff. She was getting mad at me from the very first appointment and almost as soon as she walked in the door. Never went back.

For the first time in my life I have a doctor I like and feel like they always have my best interest in mind. She is wonderful and I don't mind going to the doctor like I used to. My daughter goes to her also and if very, very pleased with her, too. She is smart, up to date and very clear in her instructions. I just can say enough good things about her. I feel so lucky to have had her recommended to me by another doctor.
