Gave me the runaround with my insurance card the day before my appointment, were HORRIFICALLY rude on the phone, turns out they were misspelling my name. When I spoke to someone in charge, she made excuses for the person that was rude saying, “unfortunately, it’s our policy that everyone needs to answer the phone, so you never know who you’re going to get.” What? EVERYONE should be kind and friendly, otherwise why hire them? I will not be returning. Not worth the headache.
Went to have an eye exam and get new frames and lenses and they charged me $250 for my office visit and my insurance only pay that would only pay up to $260 total for visit frames and lenses I think it's a rip-off because if you pay cash your office visit is $125 so they rip off the insurance companies and people would not go here or recommend
Very professional, courteous and efficient service from everyone there. This was my first visit and was very impressed. Needless to say, I'll be back!
Went there yesterday morning at 8am and I was out of there 9am I love this place they are very friendly and good at what they do
I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, their positive attitudes and wonderful customer service that I received they definitely gained my business.
My 7 year old and I had appointments at 10 am, were in the chair by 9:50 and had glasses ordered and out the door by 11. So efficient and great staff!
