Be honest and get good merchandise instead of over priced cheap junk. the frames are over priced and of inferior quality. They say one thing on the phone when asked and the exact opposite after the appointment. I oriced our frames online and could have purchased all 3 pairs we got for less than the cost of the cheapest pair we purchased. Most of the work is completed by office staff and there is very little time with the actual optometrist. We switched only because our other doctor stopped taking one of our insurances.
