Excellent service! Jim understood the concern, was prompt with scheduling, and fixed the issue as well as a couple leaks we didn’t realize we had. He is knowledgeable, genuine, and honest - and even suggested a way we could save money by doing some digging ourselves. Everyone probably doesn’t want to dig themselves but it’s nice to know all options. I wish I could find contractors in other trades like Jim & Bluffs Sprinkler!
