I had no problem paying the $80 service call. But when it took less than 5 minutes to determine it was not an electrical problem and got charge another $270 that is insane. You get to make $350 for less than 10 minutes and you can’t even fix the problem. Incredible……yes I feel like I’m a victim legally stolen from! Zero stars

Since they did the work I’ve had to replace 4 outlets. When I posted my original review they said they would only fix their mess ups if I changed my review. I now have ANOTHER outlet that doesn’t work. Go with someone else, these people are not reliable.

This is a great company. Their prices are reasonable. The electrician, Al, was friendly and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend them and will be using the for future projects.

Had a bathroom vent fan replaced, doorbell replaced and outlet repaired. Mason is an excellent electrician! He was so polite and professional. We had him assess the issues, gave us a bid and completed all 3 jobs in a few hours. Highly recommend Mason at Bluffs Electric if you have any electrical needs.
