Chase reached out to me, we set up a time for him to come evaluate my home. Day of, he texts just a few hours prior saying he's sick. Okay whatever. Proceed to not hear a thing for two weeks, and at this point I don't expect anything at all. Finally, he randomly reached out again and we again set up a time for him to come out.
