The good the bad the ugly The wife and I were super excited to move into the Bluffs because it's super nice, easily acsesible to the high way and because we are welcoming our first child into this crazy world. The Good: Nice amenities ( hardwood floors, wrap around patios, pet friendly, nice pool, gym, sawna, ceiling fans and more) Quiet community that's gated and in a nice area with very little crime rate. Suburban Delight! If you want convenience this is the place for you. The back gate exits to the mall parking lot and we are walking distance to over 20 restaurants, three shopping centers and two movie theaters. There are three metro stops within two miles and all have free parking and direct lines into Downtown Dallas and Denton. We have on ramp access to three freeways within one mile (121, 35E and George Bush). There are walking trails, a sports park and a dog park about three miles away so you can walk if you want. What It Lacks In Parking, It Makes Up For In Spacious Luxury Let's get the bad stuff out of the way. The most common complaint on Sequoia Bluffs is the parking, and while it is limited and visitors need to park in a specified area on the far ends of the complex, it's not quite as bad as some would have you believe. The only other issue I've heard from others is management.
