Notices need to be sent out to some of these residents because they just throw trash out and cigarette buds. It makes the property looks bad and unfair to the staff and siding needs to be washed. Rent is costly to live in a place that is not presentable. Things are changing. And the lights are still out on the property residents in the dark.

They think we are a bunch of dumb people here they send notices. Pest control coming in the apartment at 8:00am. The tenant whatever law tells us services such as pest control and like they come in changing our filters is 9:00am to 6:00pm in work orders that are requested by the resident is 8:00am to 8:00pm. This is whatever they called preventive so why they coming in at 8:00 which they have on the letter. They think we dumb. Im strictly rating the way & Im assuming the Maintenance Supervisor left one of my friends' heat pumps on the property with all of this exposed wire, no lockout/tag out. And rather than just going up to Lowes or Home Depot for a mile or 2 from the property to just go buy the proper breaker bc it's bad. You decided that best solution to the problem was to run this dangerous monstrosity & just point wire nuts up in a junction box that you can tell is clearly no where close to being water proof especially since you see all rust... read more
