The office staff is the best idalia is very friendly, kind, and very helpful. Mrs.Hope it’s an awesome manager. Juan the maintenance man is very knowledge and works on orders in a timely manner. He has always came came out during emergency calls after hours or after normal business hours and helped with anything we have ever needed.
Great place to live,,,, I have enjoyed my stay for the last few years. The staff is awesome.
I have lived here for 3 years and I LOVE IT Here!!! The Management Team is Awsome and maintenance is always on time.
My mother has been here for awhile now no break ins. The staff has been nothing but nice to her and even checked on her when she had surgery. The building she lives in has never had any issues with neighbors or rude staff. The staff have always addressed any work orders she makes when something needs to be fixed. They also bring food from a pantry to give out. They offer recycling trash bins. They now have a workout room with a new computer center available to the tenants. I lived in a corner where it was typically the "quiet" side of the place and my apartment got broken into. Luckily my tv's were left on the floor because tje maintenance man happebed to be cleaning the empty apartment across tje way when he noticed a suspicious vehicle and they dropped my items and ran out. My neighbors weren't so lucky, everything was taken. This was in broad daylight around noon. These are the worst of the worst! My apartment was broken into and management done NOTHING about it..The robbers had taken electronics, jewelry, purses, and etc. I even caught a group of teenage kids breaking into the apt underneath me..I called the police, and called the office to let them know, and they stated they were going to call the police..My reaction to that was:CALL THE POLICE FOR WHAT, I HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT! Very, Very, Very terrible experience! The manager and staff are unprofessional and lazy. My apt was broken into and they took their precious time replacing the lock. If you put a work order in...you will surely wait 2-3 weeks to get it fixed . Management expects you too be prompt when they send out their notices but if it is a residents request then they get too it when they get too it. These apartments are the worst ever they don't even rate 1 * but that the lowest I can give them save your time and $$ don't live here I promise u that u will regret it. We had problems b4 we even moved in, they are very unprofessional at these apts and it has a high crime rate like ur house getting broken into and the maint' people won't even replace ur locks, they didn't even wana clean the apts b4 we moved in its worst than the getto I promise u. Take a chance if u want to!
These are the worst apartments that I have ever stayed in. They are quick to put a notice on your door when rent is not paid on time but when it come to fixing things like the plumming, mailbox door, it takes them weeks to address it and it still is not fix. To give you an example: A mailbox door is missing and has been missing since I've been here (2008) and now the postal service will not deliver to certain mailboxes because of this one door missing but they are putting mail in the box with the missing door but I can't get... read more
