Dr. Biggerstaff and his employees are the best. Dr. Biggerstaff took the time to call me at 8 p.m. that night to ask how I was doing.
Everything was superb. I called in the morning, spoke to Nancy, the business manager, about a fractured tooth, and she immediately scheduled an afternoon appointment. Dr. Biggerstaff and his assistant Jessica were outstanding in taking care of my dental problem, on short notice and even staying a bit late. I thank them for making an unpleasant medical event very tolerable and resolved with great care. Well done!
I always have an excellent experience at Blue Wave. Nancy and all the office staff are wonderful and very considerate. Brittany, the hygienist, is very caring and gentle, yet thorough in what she does. Dr. Sweeney is great - friendly and informative, and always straight forward about what he believes is best for your dental health. He is easy to talk to and is understanding of an individual''s situation. Would heartily recommend Dr. Sweeney and his team.
Excellent. I arrived with a broken tooth and no appointment, but was able to be seen and have the tooth reconstructed, pending a crown. The entire team was friendly, professional and provided excellent care and service.
Megan is a delight and always does a wonderful job.
My first visit to BlueWave Dentistry was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was warm and welcoming,and the dental hygienist (Megan) was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She did a thorough initial evaluation, using high-tech equipment that I had never seen before in any other dentist's office. Dr. Biggerstaff spent a good amount of time examining me and discussing future treatment. I will definitely recommend BlueWave to friends and neighbors.
