My first experience with Blue Wave was very positive. The pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff made a good impression, but the thoroughness of the examination and cleaning were the keys for me. I also appreciate the detailed explanation of the condition of my dental work and the ramifications.
I was given a time to come in the next day after my phone question. The issue was taken care of efficiently, suggestions were given on how to keep this from happening again, and there was no charge.

In the middle of moving to NC, I experienced a cracked tooth that needed attention. BlueWave managed to get an appointment within a day. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant and professional. Dr. Biggerstaff and Michelle were terrific during the procedure. I'm glad we found them!
