always good...the staff are friendly and courteous. the waiting times are minimal and I am satisfied, with exception of steep price for just teeth cleaning.
The service was painless, but excellent.
The treatment I received was excellent. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and implant inserted in a single sitting. At no time was I in any discomfort. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly and well trained. Dr. Biggerstaff explained what he was doing as he proceeded from step to step so that I could understand where we stood with the process that we had discussed prior to beginning the procedure. Great folks at Blue Wave!
Brittany is fabulous - great "bedside" manner and thorough with the cleanings. The whole office staff is exceptionally friendly, like nothing I have ever witnessed. The billing assistant quickly provided to me on the spot helpful insurance information as well.
I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received from Dr. Sweeney and his staff. My first visit was for my cleaning and Lauren (dental hygienist) was so pleasant and took whatever time it took to make sure my teeth were perfectly clean. Two days later I had a crown put on one of my back teeth and Dr. Sweeney and his assistant were wonderful. It was the first time that I had the complete process done in one day.
