This rental company are criminals. I asked for refund due to the pandemic, but I was denied. Only if they places gets rented again. Really? Shame on you people. With what is going on in the world you should provide refunds. If you had I would be glad to come back and use your company. I don't understand keeping my money when I can't even travel and we have no idea when this will end. SHAME ON YOU!
My family rented Seaside Place for a family get together for my son and nephew graduation. We had a nice time. The location right at an beach entrance and the price of the home was great. The house had everything from pots, pans, silverware, toaster, blender,scissors and tupperware. The staff at Bluewater Resort Rentals were nice, friendly and respectful the entire time. Our family has bought multiple houses from Audrey and she is a joy to work with! We will recommend her to anyone buying on the island!
Beware that your personal property on Surfside Beach is not protected by the local police. They charge vehicles to enter the area but they are not responsible for your property if left unprotected. We lost about $800.00 worth of property last night because no one was using it. I bet if we shot the people who stole our property we would be charged. Beware of coming here as you have to sit with your property 24/7 or anyone can just carry it away.
I am planning a visit there soon for my sister Tangela is planning a weddings there for this summer, I will enjoy staying there it looks awesome; however, to read a customer complaints about customer service is a no no. I hope Management have their staff properly trained on how to treat customers before I arrive especially if they like getting paid.
