I had an appointment here for a surgical termination. Let me start by saying, the front desk receptionists are lovely and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Dr Sue Brumby was well informed and knowledgeable of many things and gave myself and my partner the time to discuss the surgery. My downside to this clinic was a few things came off as quite fatphobic. My daughter had gone in for a procedure that someone her age, it was a very difficult and mentally challenging procedure and had taken weeks to come to the decision too. I had been away for work when she organised her appointment so she had to do it on her own. What she had told me from the first phone call, the girl on the phone (guessing the receptionist) was very un-comforting and when asked for a phone number for a mental health service this woman on the phone said “i don’t know you can probably google it”. Doctor is great and nurses are very nice (: they are very supportive here
I went here for a procedure I was very nervous about, I picked this place over others because the receptionist was so helpful, lovely and understanding. being there in person you can tell she works very hard. The staff are all amazing and do their job very well. I would recommended this place to anyone. The whole place feels very warm and homelike rather than a common depressing cold hospital, which I really liked. Thankyou to all the Bluewater ladies who Cleary all work so hard.
I was really scared for my procedure but the ladies who did it all made it so much more comfortable and easier. I’m very grateful for blue water for making it a bearable process
