Just had an encounter with an incredibly rude and inept receptionist. I had a referral from a family doctor for a screening. The woman on the phone asked if I had had this screening before and then flat out refused to give me an appointment saying that I must go to the same place where I had my first screening! I explained to her that it was impossible for a number of reasons and if they needed baseline info then my family doctor had all the results of my previous screening.
