Ambience is nice, food was ok, service was not great. Ordered a cappuccino at the end which never arrived.
Food and service were good, but the wait for seats and orders was long. And we also had a pickup order once, quite a long wait as well.
Saturday breakfast/brunch. Wait for 30-35 mins, no big deal. Sit down order in 90 seconds, wait 15 mins for water glasses to show up. Another 10 mins orange juice (with ice?) and beet latte shows up. No smoothies or other cold pressed juices available. “Team last night forgot to prep and we are understaffed”. Another 10 mins waiting for food… which is good we know. Food was very good with lots of options to make items gluten free. Service was a little slow. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time at Bluestone.
I recently visited this coffee shop, and while it has a nice ambiance and decent coffee, my experience was quite mixed. In particular, the pricing and communication around my order were confusing. Initially, I was quoted $7.95 for my espresso, which I questioned because it seemed quite high. They then told me it would be $6.95.
