This place is terrible. Every month I have to get a refill request sent for heart burn pills. Takes them a week to respond. Had to get one sent yesterday, they denied it. It’s heart burn pills. Not a narcotic. Terrible don’t go here.
Never been so disrespected. Called the director to tell her I was confused about what day I was supposed to come because I was being told multiple days multiple times by multiple people & in return she told me I had to get used to it, it’s just because I’m new and if I don’t like it then that isn’t the clinic for me also cut me off to transfer me to someone else. I Can Not Recommend Any Better Dr. Kirkpatrick Is My Doctor And This Establishment Is Very Professional Neat Clean And The Atmospher Is Very Friendly Informative With Video Medical Information You Can Read On The Closed Circuit TV Monitors Plus Periodically The Police Is There From The Mercer County Sheriffs Department To Make Sure All Is Well There Too. The Entire Staff Is Also Professional In Everything They Do For Every Patient Coming In As Well.
Excellent Service,& good people. Plus If you are making an effort to pay 💰 your bill. They do not automatically throw your bill in collections. Family type atmosphere. 🤗
Made three trips to pharmacy over a prescription for a sick baby before we finally got it. You call them and they tell you it was sent to pharmacy. When you Get to pharmacy and it was never sent. Don’t waste your money on this place.

The commercial says they work on early prevention of cancer , well this is a lie, maybe some doctors and PA does, but ultimately they let patients fall through the cracks. After over a year and half close to two years of my mother asking for a pap smear they told her she didn't need one, they knew her history of cancer, and family history of cancer!!
