Came here after my insurance changed. Seemed like a nice family business. The hygienist was incredibly rough, my gums hurt a few days after my cleaning. The dentist came in and told me I have cavities (6 months ago at my previous dentist I had no issues whatsoever). He didn’t elaborate besides saying “it’s not just one, but it’s not your whole mouth either” and that I had to schedule a few appointments to get all the work done. I give them 5stars all day just for making me feel like family. Every one there is super nice. I'm very happy when i go there.
My husband was complaining for a week about tooth pain, the receptionist was very accommodating in getting him in on a Monday morning. Upon arrival X-rays were taken, and he had two teeth filled immediately, he didn’t have to wait or come back. He was assured everything was going to be ok, and he is actually excited about coming back and getting back on track with dental care. After 2 horrible experiences with other practices I am so glad he is happy here!
I came here because a friend recommended Bluestone. The Office was clean and the wait for my appointment wasn't long. The hygienist (the mom) was nice at first but as soon as she had some difficulties with me..(when taking my X-ray because I couldn't get the X-ray mouth piece to stay correctly); she became rude. She proceeded to do my exam and cleaning and as she should have already known, i am very scared of the dentist and have a low pain tolerance. Her demeanor and tone was appalling. I must say this is the best dental office I have been too. Everyone is really nice and friendly there.
