I am really thankful for the care and encouragement I have received from my counselor. I am in a much better place than where I was 4 months ago when we started as my thoughts have been challenged and home work helps me to build and take steps beyond the counseling session. Even when I think I am taking a step back, my counselor reminds me that it's part of the growing process. I strongly recommend the practice as everyone I have spoken with from office support staff to other counselors have been very warm and helpful.
