Took my C-suite execs here. Embarrassing. No physical menus- so we all had to try and figure out the menu on our phones. They say everything is served family style- however everything comes out as an entree unless it's a side dish. They also plate it in front of whoever ordered it. Huh? We had to keep ordering food because NOTHING IS REALLY SERVED FAMILY STYLE. And now I'm never trusted to pick the restaurants again. I kept having to apologize I was so embarrassed.

First off… No physical menus as an option when you request it. When you and your dinner companions must spend a significant amount of time on phones instead of engaging directly with each other, the point of reunion is diluted and attention diverted. The online ordering was tedious, and had technical difficulties, so we eventually had to place an order with our server, the old school way.
