1st month here and I have mixed feelings about it. First off, the front office is great. They made the move-in process easy and quick! The apartments, the staff, the amenities are first class and I couldn’t be happier. But then there’s the parking situation, it’s not good. It’s such a bummer to park so far from your home and without paying for reserved parking, which is not covered, you could have a long walk from your parking spot. We lived at Bluestem at Loyola and truly enjoyed our time there. It’s a newly built apartment complex, and everything from the layout to the facilities was well-maintained. From the very beginning, the office staff made us feel at home. Sue and Amy, in particular, were incredibly helpful during our move-in process. I recently moved to Bluestem at Loyola Lane, and my experience over the past four months has been far from satisfactory. The lack of transparency regarding pricing has been frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, the location has proven to be quite problematic. The property is situated near a firefighter station, which results in constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful living environment. Cynthia was so sweet and very helpful during our move. She is always responsive for any questions and requests we have had. Bluestem at Loyola is a beautiful apartment complex and we’re extremely happy with our new place!
