We lived at Bluestem at Loyola and truly enjoyed our time there. It’s a newly built apartment complex, and everything from the layout to the facilities was well-maintained. From the very beginning, the office staff made us feel at home. Sue and Amy, in particular, were incredibly helpful during our move-in process. I recently moved to Bluestem at Loyola Lane, and my experience over the past four months has been far from satisfactory. The lack of transparency regarding pricing has been frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, the location has proven to be quite problematic. The property is situated near a firefighter station, which results in constant noise throughout the night, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful living environment.
