Absolutely 100% recommend. We’ve been here for 2 years and they have been like family and go over and beyond in so many ways. So grateful to have found BS Matthews and feel like everyone deserves service like what we have experienced. So many names to name who are great but Jo, Lauren and Angel are who we have worked with most. My son has loved every single one of his RBTs he has had.
Hardly any communication, except about money/ enrollment. Doesn't seem to care about your child's well being or how long the process takes.
If i could give more than 5/5 stars, i would. Bluesprig Matthews (NC) were life changing in the best ways possible. When my kid started there 1-2 years ago, she wasn't speaking, she was prone to outbursts and couldnt communicate much at all. I wasn't sure what the future held but after 1-2 years at Bluesprig Matthews, we were able to enroll her in pre-k this fall and the progress she made there is truly unbelievable.
