I do not appreciate the fact that I’m trying to coordinate care for my child and I cannot get a person on the phone. The case coordinators are very slow to respond to emails, they don’t answer the phone, and information is very limited. You have families that are already dealing with a complicated diagnosis, and your lack of responsiveness and answers only further complicates things.

Our son has made tremendous progress over a year at BlueSprig. The therapists are committed to providing effective compassionate care. Our son absolutely enjoys coming here and has learned to form connections with the therapists and other patients which has unlock so much social and communication skills. I am really pleased with BlueSprig! I think they are all absolutely amazing with my daughter. My daughter never wanted to walk into any school and she goes in there with a huge smile! Chris really seemed to genuinely care as well as Kayln to get the therapy my daughter needs. I'm truly thankful for Bluesprig and my daughters ABA therapist! 🥰
