They are awful. Stay as far away from them as possible. A hack job in every way with zero attention to detail and no accountability for the outcome. No standards or depth of knowledge for a product that requires engineering depth and product knowledge. And Bob… I have the right company!

GREAT PRODUCTS, GREAT SERVICE! During a recent landscaping project, I started looking for outdoor furniture and shade. Google searches led me to discover Blue Sky Outdoor and I’m thrilled that I did. Blue Sky had a nice selection of both furniture and shade products. During my visit to the showroom, owner Bob Grossman proved to be very knowledgeable, taking time to answer my questions, review the furniture product lines he carried, and demonstrate how each of the various models of shade umbrellas worked. I can't imagine having a better experience! Bob took the time to come to my house to take measurements and to see the layout of my patio deck. He was incredibly responsive and helpful all along the way. I look forward to my next experience with Bob and BlueSky Outdoor.
