I went in for a cleaning and that was fine, but then I went in for a small chip on a tooth. I sat down and said I wanted to have the sharp edge shaved off. Was literally in the chair for two minutes total. At the desk I was told insurance won't cover it, and I paid for the procedure (this is disappointing, but normal). Then I received another bill in the mail later for the "oral exam" portion of the visit. Let me be clear, there was no oral exam. I was in the chair for literally two minutes. They are the best!! From front office staff all the way to the Dr
I just started going to BlueSky dental a couple years ago. The thought of getting dental work done can be overwhelming and cause anxiety. I finally found an office where I feel comfortable and at ease. I always have a great experience as soon as I walk in and get greeted with a friendly hello. The entire office staff are very friendly. The hygienist, dental assistants and doctor who are working on me are extremely professional and caring. Dr Henry takes the time and will listen to all my concerns and questions.
